Necrophobia

For this design Brief, I have to produced a poster that evokes the fear and a uniqe experience of a chosen phobia.

My chosen phobia was Necrophobia, Necrophobia is known as fear of dead or dead things, as well as things associated with death. The patients are often tortured by the unrelenting nightmares, these vivid dreams are related to death happening, and reflects to the stress and fear deep inside their mind, leading the patients trap and struggling with their emotions.

I thought the best way to convey the fear of death, would be showing the nightmare that they dreamt about and their intense fear.

I captured some images based on scenes that are shown when death is happening. 



Design development



                       

I have selected both scence of hanged and chocked for the further development (enhance by using Photoshop), because I thought these images reflected to the theme most. However people thought the chocked one is too ghost, therefore I decided the other image instead.
